Euro. Davon sind 3,972 Mio. durch ausl\u00e4ndische Hilfen zusammengekommen. Die restlichen 2,273 Mio. sind durch die Erh\u00f6hung der Mehrwertsteuer um 0,5% entstanden.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">60% der verf\u00fcgbaren Mittel sind f\u00fcr bereits laufende Projekte fest verplant.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Der weitaus gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil dieser Mittel wird f\u00fcr die Erweiterung und Modernisierung der 110 H\u00e4user in Achada Furna und Monte Grande ausgeben, die seit dem Vulkanausbruch von 1995 im Besitz von Familien aus der Ch<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e3 das Caldeiras sind.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Die betroffenen 287 Familien erhalten eine materielle Basisversorgung, was Kosten von ca. 54.500,00 Euro pro Monat verursacht.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">F<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00fcr 177 Familien, die nicht in eigenen H\u00e4usern in Achada Furna oder Monte Grande leben, wurden Wohnungen in Mosteiros und S<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e3o Filipe angemietet. Die Kosten f<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00fcr Miete, Wasser und Elektrizit\u00e4t belaufen sich auf monatlich ca. 72.000,00 Euro.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden vom Wiederaufbaufonds Kosten f\u00fcr die Gesundheitsversorgung und die Schulbildung der Kinder \u00fcbernommen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nascimento erw\u00e4hnte noch einmal die Absicht der Regierung, in Achada Furna eine neue Siedlung f\u00fcr die 167 Familien zu errichten, die noch keine eigene Unterkunft besitzen. Dies Vorhaben w\u00fcrde etwa 34 Mio. kosten und die Regierung arbeite intensiv an der Finanzierung.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Au\u00dferdem werde \u00fcberpr\u00fcft, welche Familien die Basisversorgung nicht mehr ben\u00f6tigten, weil sie neue Einkommensquellen erschlossen h\u00e4tten <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">und welche g<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">esetzwidrig in der Ch<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e3 gebaut h<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e4tten. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Die Regierung arbeite an einer L<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00f6sung des Problems der <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">i<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">llegalen Bauten in der Ch<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e3 das Caldeiras.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Hinsichtlich der ohne Baugenehmigung in der Ch<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e3 das Caldeiras <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">errichteten Hotelanlage <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">sagte Ant\u00f3nio Nascimento, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">die Gemeindeverwaltung von Santa Catarina habe eine entsprechende Klage beim Generalstaatsanwalt eingereicht.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ant\u00f3nio Nascimento <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Constantia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">r\u00e4umte ein, dass der Staat seine Aufsichts- und Kontrollfunktion nicht ausreichend ausge\u00fcbt habe.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00e3o Filipe, 19.1.2016 &#8211;
